Terms of Service
Safe, conservative terms for a static public site that documents and promotes the TimeLogic API distributed through RapidAPI.
Last updated April 16, 2026.
Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service apply to the public TimeLogic API website and documentation experience. By using the site, you agree to these terms for your use of the website content and related materials.
These terms govern the site itself. Marketplace subscriptions, billing, and plan-level access controls are handled through RapidAPI under RapidAPI's own customer agreements and policies.
Website content and permitted use
You may browse, evaluate, bookmark, and use the site and its documentation for lawful personal, internal business, and product-evaluation purposes.
You may not misuse the site by attempting to disrupt availability, scrape it in a way that causes unreasonable load, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the site to support unlawful activity.
Marketplace and API access
The website describes a public API distributed through RapidAPI. Any paid or free access to the API itself, including subscription selection and rate-limit enforcement, is handled through RapidAPI or other designated marketplace flows.
Access to the API may be changed, limited, or discontinued through the marketplace or the service operator at any time.
Availability and accuracy
The site and documentation are provided on an `as is` and `as available` basis. While reasonable effort is made to keep documentation aligned with the public API, examples and explanatory copy may lag behind operational changes.
Time, timezone, DST, and holiday-related outputs can depend on upstream data sources, platform behavior, and regulatory changes.
Intellectual property
The site design, documentation copy, brand assets, and related materials remain the property of the site operator or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
OpenAPI descriptions, example payloads, and code snippets may be used for integration and evaluation purposes in connection with the TimeLogic API.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site, documentation, and related materials are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the site or reliance on its content.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated from time to time by posting a revised version on the site. Continued use of the site after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about these terms may be sent using the public contact address listed in the site configuration.
